OVERVIEW

Nicole Jack is a defense litigation attorney with broad trial experience across medical malpractice, professional liability, construction defect, breach of contract, and auto property damage. She has defended healthcare entities and providers for the entirety of her legal career, developing a deep understanding of how litigation impacts not just an organization's operations, but a provider's perception of their own quality of care. Nicole is passionate about defending healthcare professionals who are essential to the communities they serve, helping them navigate the legal process without losing the passion that led them to the practice of medicine in the first place.

Nicole's approach is defined by proactive strategy before litigation gains momentum and the ability to adapt when cases take unexpected turns. She invests deeply in understanding the medicine specific to each case, working closely with experts to identify gaps in the opposing party's theories and dismantle their claims.
