Contact Corey Bartkus:

OVERVIEW

Corey Bartkus is a strategic litigator who defends his clients' interests in large-scale medical malpractice disputes in both state and federal court. He represents healthcare systems, hospitals, providers, medical staff, and correctional facilities in claims involving a wide range of allegations, including all aspects of medical malpractice, medical battery, negligent credentialing, and inadequate policymaking.

Corey's top priority is obtaining a favorable and efficient resolution of disputes in the best interest of his clients. He believes in being aggressive from the outset, with the goal of disposing the case prior to trial if possible. To accomplish that, Corey uses strategic research and targeted discovery to exploit weaknesses in his opponents' arguments.

Prior to joining Sharuzi Law Group, Corey represented large and midsize employers in nearly all phases of employment litigation, including defending against employment discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and breach of contract claims. He also defended against numerous ERISA benefit claims which involved handling and interpreting large amounts of medical records.

PERSONAL

In his personal time, Corey enjoys hiking, visiting new breweries, and exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
