OVERVIEW

Alan Bickings is a dedicated defense litigator and trial attorney who vigorously defends healthcare professional and facilities through his zealous advocacy. He handles cases involving medical treatment, dental care, nursing care, hospital admissions, long-term care, and professional board disputes.

Alan focuses his defense by relying on his strong analytical skills, his quick thinking, and his personability. Alan has always had a passion for the legal medical field, completing a Health Law Certificate alongside his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado. 

Prior to joining Sharuzi Law Group Ltd., Alan practiced at a local Denver-based criminal defense and immigration firm. His time in criminal litigation provided plenty of opportunity for Alan to develop his litigation experience. Alan also developed his negotiation techniques and skills everyday while reaching agreements with Prosecutors to get the best resolution for his clients. 

After his time in criminal law, Alan spent a few years as a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney. Alan worked closely with medical professions and developed his knowledge of the medical field, including medical terminology, medical record review, and medical procedures. Bringing together his varied experience allows Alan to bring a unique and well-rounded perspective to every case he is a part of.

PERSONAL

In his free time Alan loves to spend time with his wife and dog. Together they enjoy Saturdays at farmers' markets and lazy Sundays in the yard. Alan also enjoys sampling Denver's restaurant scene and finding the hole-in-the-wall gems around the city.
